The specific components of the project were;

  • Treatment of concrete spalling.
  • Brick lintel replacement
  • Brick wall reconstruction
  • Steel Window frame removal and restoration
  • Water ingress issues identified and solved.
  • Forming new control joints and rectifying poorly constructed masonry walls.
  • Polyurethane sealants to rendered walls and window frames
  • Application of a new membrane paint coating.

MARULIE DULAY, PREMIUM STRATA

From a safety perspective the two guys you had here installing the crosses and signage on St Vincent’s Hospital were excellent. The boys were well mannered and took safety seriously. I completed an internal Safe Work Method Statement Compliance Audit on their works; they scored 100% which is what we want to see here at Buildcorp.

JAMES HILEY, PROBUILD

Due to the complex nature of the works Magellan were required to satisfy and communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the works were completed in the required time periods and durations.

The Probuild Greenland Centre Sydney team has no hesitation with recommending Magellan Company for ay future projects or opportunities.
