CLADDING

Cladding can be used in a variety of applications, from architecturally designed new builds, full façade refurbishment, aesthetic details, to protection of vulnerable building elements and commercial industrial structures.

We have experience designing, installing and maintaining cladding solutions in these applications.

Contracts of any size are welcome. Working along-side architects and engineers to deliver full façade systems, designing and installing smaller systems to protect ageing structures, water proofing structural elements by capping walls and roof tops.

One of the main benefits of cladding is lower maintenance costs, when maintenance is required we can provide a full inspection, report and repair service, outlining any repairs required before work begins and itemising costs at each stage.

Cladding systems and materials change and advance constantly, we can work to your specification or consult with specialist engineers to provide a system tailored to your needs.

Using aluminium composite panels such as Alucobond Plus, Colorbond steel panels, a variety of solid aluminium options such as MonoClad and fibre cement cladding if required.

Our installations meet the required Australian Standards 8978e2 for cladding and fire safety.

Cladding can be safe, cost effective, time-saving and aesthetically pleasing.

TAKE THE FIRST STEP

MARULIE DULAY, PREMIUM STRATA

From a safety perspective the two guys you had here installing the crosses and signage on St Vincent’s Hospital were excellent. The boys were well mannered and took safety seriously. I completed an internal Safe Work Method Statement Compliance Audit on their works; they scored 100% which is what we want to see here at Buildcorp.

JAMES HILEY, PROBUILD

Due to the complex nature of the works Magellan were required to satisfy and communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the works were completed in the required time periods and durations.

The Probuild Greenland Centre Sydney team has no hesitation with recommending Magellan Company for ay future projects or opportunities.
