Established since 1992, Magellan have been at the forefront of the industrial rope access industry, providing high rope access solutions to strata, commercial and industrial clients for over 20 years.
We provide a diverse range of rope access services from complete exterior refurbishments, concrete and render repairs, waterproofing applications, painting and specialised protective coatings, glazing, signage, bird proofing, independent inspections and reports to high rise facade and window cleaning to name a few. We specialise in height safety systems including anchor point installations, testing and certifications.

TRAINING, STANDARDS AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
Our highly skilled rope technicians are trained and certified under the Internationally recognised IRATA qualification system. Many of our team members have trade qualifications enabling us to provide a range of specialist services. We continually invest in training and development for our teams to ensure skills and standards are maintained and updated.
All work is carried out in accordance with NSW Work Cover Authority Guidelines for Rope Access and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2001. We adhere to the Australian Standards for Industrial Rope Access AS/NZS 1891 (Industrial fall-arrest systems and devices) and AS/NZS 4488 (Industrial Rope Access Systems).
Magellan is approved for Home Warranty Insurance by the Housing Industry of Australia. This is required by law when working on buildings under strata title and where the value of work being carried out is over $12,000. Magellan also has all relevant Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurances.
