Rope Access Inspections

Rope access systems enable workers to access a building’s facade via ropes.

The benefits include:

Ropes, harnesses and equipment must be compliant with AS/NZS 4488.1:1997 Industrial rope access systems.

Magellan has licenced inspectors on hand to certify equipment, ensuring all ropes and equipment are safe and compliant by performing regular rope access safety inspections.

Elevated Work Platforms

Elevated work platforms (EWP) can be dangerous to work with. Operators of some EWPs need to have a high-risk work licence.

Magellan provides fully licenced technicians to operate;

• Scissor lifts
• self-propelled boom lifts

The team will provide complete safe work method statement detailing control measures for any hazards that may arise, ensuring your compliant.

Inductions

Inductions are critical for ensuring contractors, and visitors to site are aware of important policies, procedures and safety measures before they start their first day on site.

Magellan technicians are fully inducted to most major inductions platforms and CM3 prequalified.
